Review the credential requirements and confirm that it is currently eligible for Credentialing Assistance.
Step 2: Contact CertFirst
Contact the CertFirst ArmyIgnitED support team and provide:
- Your full name
- Selected certification or training program
- Preferred training format
- Preferred training dates
- Email address and telephone number
- Any specific quote requirements
Step 3: Receive Your Official Quote
CertFirst will prepare a detailed quote showing the training program, delivery method, start and end dates, included materials, examination voucher where applicable, and total cost.
Review the quote carefully and ensure that your personal and program information is accurate.
Step 4: Submit Your Request in ArmyIgnitED
Sign in to ArmyIgnitED and complete your Credentialing Assistance request.
Upload the official CertFirst quote and enter the program information exactly as it appears on the quote.

When CertFirst appears as an available vendor for your selected credential, choose CertFirst as the training provider.
