CertFirst 100% Exam Pass Guarantee
Selected CertFirst Instructor-Led Classroom and Virtual Live training programs include our 100% Exam Pass Guarantee. Our comprehensive training package combines live instructor-led sessions, post-training exam-preparation tools, a proctored mock examination, and continued email support for up to six months.
Eligible students who meet all program requirements but do not pass the official certification exam on their first attempt may receive one complimentary exam-retake voucher and, where applicable, attend the next available session of the same course at no additional training cost.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the CertFirst 100% Exam Pass Guarantee, the student must:
- Register for an eligible certification program and pay the applicable training fees in full.
- Purchase the first official exam voucher through CertFirst at the time of registration.
- Attend and complete all scheduled instructor-led training sessions.
- Complete the CertFirst proctored mock examination after finishing the training.
- Achieve a score of at least 80% on the proctored mock examination before attempting the official certification exam.
- Take the official certification exam within six weeks of completing the training program.
- Follow all attendance, preparation, scheduling, identity-verification, and documentation requirements communicated by CertFirst.
- Provide the official exam score report if requesting a retake voucher after an unsuccessful first attempt.
Eligible Training Formats
The guarantee applies only to:
- Instructor-Led Virtual Live Training
- Instructor-Led Classroom Training
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Group training programs
- Corporate or private group training
- On-Demand Training
- Self-paced or recorded courses
- Training purchased through unauthorized third parties
Eligible Certification Vendors
The CertFirst 100% Exam Pass Guarantee is available only for selected certification programs from:
- CompTIA
- PostgreSQLCert
- Biocertification
- CertCop
Programs from any other certification vendor, certification body, or training provider are not eligible.
Guarantee Benefits
An eligible student who does not pass the official certification exam on the first attempt may qualify for:
- A maximum of one complimentary exam-retake voucher; and
- Where applicable, one complimentary seat in the next available session of the same training program.
The student must submit the official failed-exam score report before the benefit can be approved. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for verification and voucher processing.
Exclusions and Additional Conditions
- This offer is available only for selected programs and remains valid until further notice.
- Students must confirm program eligibility with a CertFirst representative before registration.
- The guarantee does not apply when the first exam voucher was provided free under another promotion or special offer.
- This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special pricing unless approved in writing by CertFirst at the time of registration.
- Students who miss sessions, fail to complete the full program, do not take the proctored mock examination, score below 80%, or take the official exam more than six weeks after course completion will not qualify.
- CertFirst may request attendance records, identification, mock-exam results, payment records, voucher-purchase confirmation, and official exam score reports before approving a claim.
- The guarantee covers a maximum of one retake voucher and does not provide unlimited exam attempts.
- Exam scheduling, administration, scoring, and certification decisions remain under the control of the applicable certification vendor or authorized testing provider.
- All other CertFirst registration, cancellation, rescheduling, and training terms and conditions remain unchanged.
