CertFirst provides complimentary Post Training Support ONCE the client has completed the training program. The complimentary support is provided related to the training program completed at CertFirst. Post training support is provided to candidates who are facing issues with the exam prep and require additional assistance. The support can not be used for any live projects at work. Any candidate who may want to repeat the class within 12 months can request to retake the same training class at no extra charge as well as long as the same class is still running at CertFirst. Candidate are required to bring back their old course-ware back or have an option to purchase a new kit in order to re-take the class for free. There is a $100 Administration and registration fee for all repeat classes unless approved in advance. Repeat policy does not apply to any new version of the program.
