All credit card transactions are in compliance with the Terms and conditions set forth for the course registration. The cancellation fees applies to class cancellations for confirmed classes. A non refundable registration processing fee will apply to all transactions.

All customer information is kept confidential and secure. Internet and online transactions are processed by a secure gateway and in compliance with the terms set forth by the credit card processing company.

There is a cancellation fee of 35% of the total fee once the registration is confirmed. Courseware if used can not be returned and student will be charged 100% of the total price. Canceling a class within one week prior to the class start date is subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the class fee if the seat cannot be sold. There is zero refund policy after the first day of the class. A non refundable registration processing fee will able to all transactions. CertFirst reserves the right to cancel any class and/or re-schedule a class. In such cases, CertFirst will provide at least one week notice to the customer. CertFirst will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the customer as a result of the cancellation or change.
A non refundable registration processing fee of $295.00 will apply to all transactions.
If payments are not received as per the invoiced terms CertFirst reserves the right to reschedule the attendee in the next confirmed class. All payments are expected in full before services are provided unless written arrangements are made in advance. A late will will apply to all past due accounts.
No shows pay 100% and no credit or refund will be issued.
A refund request once approved will be processed in 6 weeks time.
Original vouchers must be submitted and expired vouchers will not be accepted.
Vouchers can only used for the vendor training issued for and cannot be used for different vendor training.
The vouchers/credit must be used within the 12 months of the date of issue otherwise the credit/voucher expires. Once the CertFirst voucher has been issued no refund on the training can be issued/claimed. The voucher can be redeemed towards any equivalent training course offered at CertFirst.
CertFirst Specials and Promotions: Terms & Conditions
All CertFirst specials are for selected programs, schedule and locations, please contact your account Representative at CertFirst prior to registering for the program to make sure if you qualify for the special or not. If qualified, payment must be received in full as invoiced three weeks in advance.
All Promotions: Special offers can not be combined with any other offers or discounts, and void where prohibitive by law. The payment must be made in full as listed price at the time of registration. CertFirst is not liable for any shipping or tax charged. CertFirst will provide the student with voucher equivalent to the value of the basic promotional item and is NOT responsible for any upgrades, shipping cost and taxes if any. CertFirst reserve the right to reschedule the class in the event it does not meet the minimum enrollment requirement. Please allow 12-15 weeks for the delivery upon completion of the training program. If in the event the training fee is refunded for any reasons, the cost of the Promotion item/ voucher + shipping will not be refunded. All Promotions expire as indicated in the details provided. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on product availability. CertFirst reserves the right to delay the shipment for reasons beyond their control.
CertFirst releases the promotional item upon completion of training. The promotional item is non refundable and no course cancellation will be processed once promotional item is issued. In the event the client requests CertFirst to release the promotional item prior to the training, the following terms and conditions will apply:
Promotion does not apply to WIOA programs. Scholarship funds may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts/special offers or towards any other products such as computer hardware, Software and vendor certification exams. All Promotion and specials are only applicable to regular and full price registration and do not apply towards discounted or scholarship registrations.
CertFirst reserves the right to cancel the promotional item for clients who do not follow the terms and conditions of the registration process and policies. All promotional items are based on market availability and for any reason the promotional item is not available or discontinued certfirst reserves the right to replace the item with an equivalent product or issue an equivalent voucher.
Gift Recipients must declare all gifts for all tax related purpose.

CertFirst reserves the right to deliver the training as virtual live due to lack of sufficient registration in that particular session.
CertFirst reserves the right to reschedule the training if payment is not received as invoiced and a late fee may apply.
Clients should contact their account representative for the course details they wish to repeat. The processing fee for advanced and individual courses varies.
Classroom Training/Onsite Training/ Consulting services : Non Solicitation Clause
Non- solicitation clause applies to all clients, consultants, employees where saifirst corporation/certfirst representatives are providing services. If CertFirst representative sent for onsite services to client site is approached directly or indirectly to hire or for projects CertFirst reserves the right to file for damages.
Employee/Contractor Non Solicitation clause of customers : during the term of contract/ employment with the Company and for twelve (12) months after the termination thereof, regardless of the reason for the employment termination, you will not, directly or indirectly, solicit or attempt to solicit any business from any of the Company’s Customers, Customer Prospects, or Vendors with whom you had Contact .
Non-Solicitation of Employees/contractors/consultants: The clients will not directly or indirectly, on your own behalf or on behalf of or in conjunction with any person or legal entity, recruit, solicit, or induce, or attempt to recruit, solicit, or induce, any employee/ contractor/consultant of the Company with whom you had personal contact or supervised.

Only the assigned user should access this account. Ondemand training may not be archived, re-published, “re-hosted” or otherwise pirated, without the written permission of SaiFirst Corporation, CertFirst[ A division of SaiFirst Corporation]. Once the details for ONDemand account is issued no refund will be issued.
