TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

There is a cancellation fee of 35% of the total fee once the registration is confirmed. Courseware if used can not be returned and student will be charged 100% of the total price. Canceling a class within one week prior to the class start date is subject to a cancellation penalty of 50% of the class fee if the seat cannot be sold. There is zero refund policy after the first day of the class. CertFirst reserves the right to cancel any class and/or re-schedule a class. In such cases, CertFirst will provide at least one week notice to the customer. CertFirst will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the customer as a result of the cancellation or change.

If payments are not received as per the invoiced terms CertFirst reserves the right to reschedule the attendee in the next confirmed class. All payments are expected in full before services are provided unless written arrangements are made in advance. A late will will apply to all past due accounts.

 

No shows pay 100% and no credit or refund will be issued.
